Travelleca Travel & Tours began with a simple question: “How can we help our community during one of the most difficult times to travel?”

During the pandemic, founder and CEO John Paul Belleca, a traveler himself, understood how challenging it had become for people to move across borders—especially for families separated from their loved ones. From that challenge came a vision: to build a travel agency that would do more than arrange vacations, but also help people find their way back to the people who matter most.

Travelleca started humbly from home and, through determination and the trust of its clients, eventually took a bold step forward by establishing its own business location.

During the pandemic, Travelleca was also interviewed on national television, representing the perspective of Philippine travel agencies and sharing the realities and challenges faced by the industry during an unprecedented time.

Today, Travelleca continues its journey—helping families reunite, couples explore together, friends create memories, and individual travelers discover new destinations.
